No - they give a scene and subtitles then I have to ask a question that pertains to the scene but cannot be answered just FROM the scene, then I have to answer the question, provide a justification from the episode and answer a couple of drop down boxes

So basically you're creating tests on comprehension for first year students. It's win win for all then: the university doesn't have to pay an expensive teacher to do it and if the question is bad they don't have to pay at all. You're an intelligent person doing something you like and earning money. yay!
