Watching 'The Measure of a Man' not one of the most entertaining but certainly one of the strongest and best TNG episodes. Brilliant!

Why does Worf say hweapons? There is no 'h' in weapons.

I don't think that Klingons have hospitals. If they are sick enough to need one they are put down.

I just love Lursa and B'etor! No, not really but they are brilliant characters.

Finished TNG and just started watching DS9. I really like this first double episode. I particularly like the the worm hole aliens concept of non linear existence. Some people have difficulties with the concept of 'heaven' going on for 'ever' but this helps me to understand this concept. Not that I think that God is like the worm hole aliens.

I still have great problems with the plot holes caused by the non-linear existence!

Watching DS9 which I think is under rated by many Trekkies. I think it is excellent.

I still have only seen the first half as BBC2 showed it one and a half times, as they did with Voyager!

I did that back in high school! I think I might remember how to say "where do you keep the chocolate?" but that's about it. My brain is a sieve

Looks like you have fallen for the "not noticing there is more pages" trap. Don't worry, it keeps happening. I did the same thing earlier in this same thread.

So, er, back to Star Trek. Just watching 'The House of Quark' one of the silliest and most entertaining episodes of DS9. Grilka like most Klingon females is magnificent and I love it where Gauron and the Council are all looking at there calculators (or whatever) and trying to follow Quark's financial arguments. Brilliant! Great fun.

When Odo returns to his home planet for the first time, how come all the other shape shifters look like Dr. Mora. Odo based his appearance on Dr Morq but why would the others do that?

If you're going to start picking holes in things like that, then there's no point watching it.

But when you have watched these episodes as many times as I have, these thoughts are bound to occur. As for picking holes in Star Trek, wouldn't dream of it.

Picking holes in StarTrek? There are enough wormholes already, are there not?

I don't know why scientists have such difficulty creating them. The worms in my garden seem to do it easily enough.

Just watching DS9 Meridian. The character Deral makes me want to puke! Always like Jeffrey Coombes though. My favourite villain.

Watching DS9 double episode 'Past Tense'. This is how things are going in this country if something is not done. It should be compulsory viewing for Cameron and his cabinet colleagues.

I have actually sent an e mail to number 10 saying just that. I will probably be dismissed as a crank but so be it. Watch this space!

My guess is that it was automated, "We are giving your suggestion all the consideration it deserves."

Probably. We will see. I really do not expect anyone to take it seriously.

I wrote to my MP once and he took my suggestion seriously, turning it back to me for me to take action (I forget exactly what I suggested but it was something to do with not eating meat).
