I have used it on a few occasions and it has been a bit up and down still, but I imagine that the people who have been sticking with it throughout have probably been backing off as well. It's a shame they didn't get more into why it was happening, instead of moving it. There are so many relatively-obvious things that cause the kind of behaviour we have seen, but too many admins do not really understand how the system works and the "faster computer with more memory and disk space plus reinstall everything" approach seems to reign supreme, even though there is very often a real fix that would make it work better without.

Forumer are determined to move everyone on phpBB2 onto Yuku anyway so the problems of slow speed have just hastened the move. There's no point in going back to the old EF just yet because after Christmas it may have been transferred to Yuku and my guess is that it will have access problems. I hope everyone has taken copies of the PMs they want to keep.
