Ok, so not strictly Whedonverse, but close enough. This spring I heard about crowdfunding for Con Man, a series by Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion about a couple of actors who were in a cancelled but fan-loved scifi show around a decade ago (*ding*) and their adventures at Comi-con. I added my humble tithing to this adorable project, and it got funded and then some. The show will be out in September, but there is a trailer already, and it looks amazing: Con Man trailerplayer.vimeo.com/video/132973956"Because Convention Man doesn't sound as cool."

If Joss is in it, isn't that 'verse enough?

That looks hilarious!
Have you seen the Alan Tudyck horror movie? The name escapes me but it's two brothers and they get mistaken for some sort of slasher seriel kills in the woods. It was one of the funniest horror movies ever!

I haven't, but had to look it up, Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, will have to try to watch it if I come across it.

Good, glad you found it and enjoyed it. I wouldn't mind seeing it again.
Have you ever seen the British series Spaced? It's by the Hot Fuzz guys, that was fab. That might seem random except a colleague lent me Spaced and Tucker and Dave together so I kinda associate them. Also Attack the Block - which is weird and I need subtitles to understand the English, but quite amusing.
