I MISS noodle doodles .. not seen them for ages. I know you can get similar things - alphabetti spaghetti, even spaghetti hoops - but noodle doodles were in a class of their own. What happened to them? Or am I just not looking in the right places?

Creme eggs are also only available for part of the year and the inside is not as nice as it used to be! That's probably because the eggs have come from Romania and are not really hen's eggs.

Remember tho that supermarkets start putting Easter stuff out on Christmas Eve these days so you do get them for at least a third of the year.

Wikipedia"A Cadbury Creme Egg is a chocolate product manufactured in the shape of an egg. The product consists of a thick milk chocolate shell, housing a white and yellow fondant filling which mimics the albumen and yolk of a real egg. Creme Eggs are the best-selling confectionery item between New Year's Day and Easter in the UK, with annual sales in excess of 200 million and a brand value of approximately £50 million."

Very good but also very very sweet and rather sickly by the time that you've finished one. I'd offer to send you one but I've a feeling that they probably would not travel well
