I assume not a local dish you'd find in Nepal, but presumably a bit of Australian-Nepalese fusion. Nepalese style, using local Australian produce (though how local could also be questionable).

From the Ringside I'll have the crispy skin trout or the pork chop, and definietly the onion rings.
And from the dessert place you can hit me up with the raspberry and white chocolate bread pudding.

Well I don't know. If I posted my local restaurant menu you would probably all choose the Roast Fell Beast because that is what they sell.
Nothing else. Except beer but that's off because Lent has started.
