Hot Dogs. With mustard, ketchup and fried onions.
The ketchup has to be that violently yellow American stuff

Doughnuts in general. But the nice ones are also expensive here, so I hardly ever have them.

Yummy gummy sweets! Oh, those. I know them. Not my favourites, though. I generally seem to prefer sweet food to fatty or salty food. I'm not sure why. I haven't eaten crisps in ages and don't really miss them.

Our biology teacher gave us fish, chips and peas as an example of a balanced meal because it contained protein, fat, carbohydrates and vitamins.

There wasn't too much knowledge of vitamins and minerals when I was at school, most of them hadn't been invented.

Yes, but too much fat, protein and carbs in relation to your veggies I should think.

Probably, but in those days, instead of jam sandwiches we used to eat dripping sandwiches, made from the pork fat left over from frying bacon, so a little bit of oil in the batter and chips didn't make much difference.

hah my grandma used to feed me bread and dripping . Fish and chips was an important source of nutrition back in the post war years.
