Chorizo-filled pasta with a mushroom sauce.

No, it wasn't that... Just a peanut butter and chocolate swirled vanilla.

I made a very simple pie with rhubarb and oat flakes and ate it while I watched "Last tango in Halifax". But to my defence, I did walk half an hour with my rods first.

I had roast chicken and steamed veg and rice. Was yummy.
And on Sunday last we tested out a new place on our street for brekkie and it was the bestest ever. Can't wait to go back! I had sweet potato gnocci that were polenta crumbed with avacado, salsa verde, grilled chorizo, tomatoes and a poached egg - it was amazing!

It sounds lovely but weird to me as a breakfast

I've just made jam, so of course had to have several spoonfuls to test it *nods* I've also just made cookies, and had to make sure they were tasty enough to offer other people, you understand. That requires at least three, just to be on the safe side. Possibly four, even.

I bought feta the other day. No one else knows it's in the fridge. I circumspectly use it on my salads and spaghetti.
Our neighbor across the street seems to take great pleasure in bringing us the vegetables from his garden. I have my own tomatoes. We buy fresh eggs. I finally got Sam on Geek yogurt. All sorts of healthy things are going on here. :-D

There are frozen meals in the grocery here called "breakfast bowls". They have cubed potatoes on the bottom, followed by eggs, shredded cheese, and a meat (sausage, bacon, sausage and gravy). I convinced the kids it was far nicer to make that sort of thing at home. We make it for cheaper, get more, have leftovers, and can put all sorts of extras on it. :-D

I finally got Sam on Geek yogurt. Is that time-travelling yoghurt or space-faring yoghurt? I read your quote of my post and thought, "what the #3!! did I say??" Lol!! I meant, I finally convinced Sam (my fiance) to try Greek (spelled carefully this time) yogurt, and he actually likes it. He likes raspberry, of all things. Greek yogurt is tart enough without adding a tart/barely sweet berry (I prefer strawberry), but he eats some every day. He's not Geek enough to understand your version.

The kitty beat me to the snarky remark. Me? It's 35 degrees C outdoors. I just had a 'Cappuccino Blast', basically a milkshake made with coffee ('Jamoka') ice cream and iced coffee with whipped cream and cinnamon on top. Baskin-Robbins now has iced yoghurts, no added sugar, and a good selection of sherberts. Did I get one of those? Noooooo....

Uh oh, you don't know the difference between Moose and Miisa any longer? Granted they both start witn an M, end with a vowel and have 5 letters.

Not only that, they both have twin vowels wedged between the capital 'M' and the 's'. I suspect the Illuminati.
