On the contrary, HP Sauce is sublime Harry Potter Sauce? So named because its creator found that it was being served in a restaurant inside the Houses of Parliament. Very popular in the UK, with 3/4 of the market in 2005.

Ah right . My dad used to like it - fittingly perhaps - but I just couldn't get into it. Maybe I should give it another try .. I am much more into condiments now than I was as a kid

I find it way too difficult to choose just one as well. Here in Germany, "Maggi" is very popular but we have never had it in the house. I think my parents used to have it, but I have never been a fan.

Worcesteshire or something like that. Anyway, it's different.
I would probably say soy sauce or sweet chilli because those are probably the ones I eat the most with asian foods.

For a full chicken & rice meal, it is not complete unless I put mint sauce on my chips. But only on the chips, and only if it is oven-baked chicken or turkey.
