It was overcast at sunrise, but here it is pushing noon and the clouds are parting to allow spots of sunlight down to ground level.

It's sunny and reasonably warm (~ 20 C), but the wind has kicked up from the NW, so all the trees are dancing.

Clearing to clouds dappling the bluing skies. Doors full open at 9 am. A lovely morning; I had breakfast while admiring the garden and fed the crows, too.

It's too hot here .. was uncomfortable in bed. Must dig out fan, not that it does much Add a spray bottle with clear, clean water, and set the nozzle on mist. Spritz yourself sitting in the fanwash. |

Partly cloudy today, with temperatures still warm enough to allow open doors.
From the prognostications, it looks as though we will get our May weather a month late. We're expecting showers, followed by a couple of days of light sprinkles, and then a couple of days of partly sunny, and then back to showers. The garden will love it.
The cats will be peeved when the doors get closed with cooler temperatures.

We are having a quite decent hailstorm & thunderstorm. Hailstones bouncing 2m+ into the flat through the balcony door ... which we have now closed.

We are having cooling thunderstorms, which are much needed after the past three days in the triple digits. (37 - 39C) I did not, fortunately get the tennis ball sized hail that hit in the area. One of my friends had the skylights busted out of her house, and her car's windshield was also busted.

Windy and rainy. I do not mind that so much - it is better than the horrible heat we had last week. Col is wanting to go to a steam rally later today though so I hope it can be good for him (NOT too hot but not windy or pissing it down)

We're in the midst of a heat wave. It prolly hit 35 C yesterday and likely will again today. I'm out early watering.

It's been hovering around 30C for the last few days, but this morning we had a cooling trend and the high is closer to 22C today.

Mercifully fairly cool here, even though the continent is roasting (and apparently some Southern areas are too). This is actually perfect weather for me - it's not at all cold but it's not hot enough to be a problem.
