haha I don't think I can think of anything that sounds less appetizing. Yeah, it's right up there with haggis, blood pudding, sausage, hot dogs, kidneys, pigs feet, chicken feet, liver, and gizzards.

Gotta go with Jayme on this one. Even though I eat and like hotdogs - well some of them; the cheaper ones are seriously bad - I am fairly well aware of what goes into them

I am even leary of veggie dogs, because even though the intended ingredients all come from plants, mice can still fall into the mixer.

Is this something resembling pölsa, also made of offal? I ate pölsa in school. Not my favourite dish, but I had no problems eating it. It was never served at home so I have never eaten it after I left school I wonder what it would taste today? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C3%B6lsaThis is how the pölsa I ate in school looked like:

I love liver and mashed potatoes, especially with a little bacon and a rich gravy source. I had it earlier this week at the Ring O' Bells.

Liver and bacon seems to be a popular dish in the UK but I can't for the life of me imagine why. Give me bacon and keep nasty liver!

I don't like the smell of liver but I don't mind the taste. I like liver pâté on crispbread.

Humans also need healthy skin and heart, clear vision and strong muscles! Liver contains A- and B-vitamins, iron, selenium etc. But you should not eat liver more than once or twice/week (you don't want to get too much A-vitamins) and only from young animals. And you shuld not eat moose liver, too much cadmium.

I did try a bite a few yeats ago. But didn't really feel like having more. Germans like eating raw minced meat with onions. *shudders* I can't bring myself to try that.

The French go in for raw mince as a delicacy - steak tartae, I think they call it. And bung a raw egg on top.
