They were okay, ably assisted by golden syrup!

I've made pancakes using wholemeal flour and quite liked it. Made them more filling and ate less.

There are so many things I can't eat and drink that I have to make the most of what I can. I like to experiment with changing stuff about to see what happens. I manage to make some awful stuff, but there's also as much good stuff.

I associate wholemeal flour with wholemeal bread - well naturally - and just am not keen on it. Don't like brown rice or pasta either even though I know that they are a good deal more healthy than the white kind

I've been told to only eat wholemeal bread, rice, spaghetti because it has a lower glycaemic index (releases sugar into the bloodstream more slowly). After several months I've grown to like those varieties more than the white stuff.

I could maybe get used to them. I should try at least I guess.

I had my share of Mickey waffles while in Disney. They are yummy!

It looks good. I've never tried pancakes with wholemeal flour.
