On a similar note I keep meaning to get some of those probiotic drinks .. does anyone here use them?

I used to take probiotic pills. But I think they're only actually helpful if you have some serious deficiencies. And they aren't regulated as being healthy (only safe ... I hope) so even if one type is good, doesn't mean others are the same quality.

I've been eating yogurt most days. I buy a big tub of plain yogurt and have a few spoonfuls with some almonds and fresh or dry fruit. Trying to have a healthy snack in the arvo. It's a yummy, thick pot yogurt.

It is. We are having an amazing plum season and I've bee dolloping my yogurt on a plum. Sooo delicious!
Dollop is a fantastic word IMO. Sounds tasty.

I somehow don't like to add fruit to my yoghurt - or to put it on cereal. If I have fruit and yoghurt, I always have that separately.

Put water in Easi-Yo™ container. Add sachet of Easi-Yo™ yoghurt powder. Shake well. Place container in Easi-Yo™ vacuum flask with boiled water to the line. Leave for 8+ hours.
