I'm using the pink one now, not too bad.

Yes, except I am still trying it out, so it keeps changing. Can't decide on a pinker-purplier or beiger background, the colours they have are not too great.

Ooo. Pretty in pink. Nice.

I think I like the chartreuse putrescence better than the pink. The pink reminds me too much of Pepto Bismol. *pukes* There. That's better.

Huh, I'd like to see you make a better one from the neon green and shades of purple they have on offer.

Still not keen, but better than the other two on offer at present... Can I get at the designer or is it an admin only thing?

I made a dark one (Nightly News), let us know if it is still too bright and what parts you want tweaked what way.

Smooth Scribe, a mellow tan

Another basic one, Mostly White. Feel free to karma me any time, BTW.

Smooth Scribe is the best one so far, in my opinion. Don't like the dark ones at all, but I know some people do (Probably the ones who sit on the forums in a dark room). I'd prefer a greener, fractionally darker one still, but they sure beat the default and bile ones.

Yeah, I am using Smooth Scribe as well. I totally ignored the suggested colours for that one and picked them instead off a chart I use for HTML pages. It was still a bit of trial and error to get the various bits to work together and not clash or overpower each other.

I'm using the pink one. Not a big fan of pink, but with the EF one I couldn't really see well.

I use one that's easy on my eyes.

Well yes. It helps if you can see what it says. For some reason some colours don't really seem to work for me. When I read an e-book on my computer, I tend to make the background purple and the letters beige. That's easiest on the eyes for me, however horrible the combination may otherwise be.

That I can read easily. I would use a different lettertype to make it even more legible, but I can read large amounts of text without getting painful eyes or headaches.

I'd prefer yellow on dark blue to that, but not full brightness yellow.
Generally I use black on about 90% white. I can't stand having massive amounts of full white on the screen and making the majority of it darker allows you more options to highlight things better, with brighter colours.

I am using the one that is more or less plain white with blue headings: it reminds me of the old days when we used to use paper.

Have you tried the exciting new Pengreen?

I tried it, and it is quite nice. Is it based on the scribe one, they seemed to have a lot in common?

I was thinking of doing it, but couldn't see any quick and obvious way to copy it so just did it from scratch. Lucky I can do hex colours in my head!
