Back to foodbanks, I feel kinda guilty at the fact that I do throw too much food away which could be used. Need to buy less ... I tend to see a bargain and buy it, then realise that I can't use it before it goes off

Have you thought about picking up a bigger freezer? We got a second hand one that has cut waay down on our waste.

aw. That sucks. It's so tempting to pick things up when they're on super-cheap sale!

Well if you had space for one I'd suggest checking to see if you had a Freecycle in your area. But if you haven't got the space for it, the point it fairly moot.

You'd not be if you saw it... Besides, the freezer lives in the porch.

You'll probably like my cooker too, then. It's a similar model to this one, but I think I'll have to leave it here when I move out as it's massive!

We do have freecycle vaguely locally but transport would be a problem

Wow, that cooker is awesome! I wouldn't really use the stove part, but the oven would certainly be used!

I never use the oven in my stove. If it can't go in the toaster oven or microwave, it doesn't get made.

I don't use the stove since I have a steam cooker. I love that thing. The only time I use the stove now is when I really want to bake something since I don't have an oven or frier.

It has TWO ovens! That way you can be cooking one thing at gas mark 4 and another at 9!

well i think on this world there are lot of peoples those are not able to get pure water, good food but still they are surviving. I think if you likes to enjoy in hotels or super market. you should do it. because it is quite surprising moment when i have seen so many of friend's and neighbor's kitchen. these are much more dirty then these hotels, and super market. so i think we should be thank full to GOD. he is blessing us with all these things. we can differentiate among the healthiest and hygienic food. i must say do enjoy your life as how you want to be. Don't think like that this is healthiest or not.. every thing is same. its totally depend on your metabolism. How much they resist or powerful resist the bad things not to harm you.

What are you talking about ukfurnitures?
Why do you keep bumping old threads? Unless you're adding something new and interesting, it's quite annoying.

... so i think we should be thank full to GOD. I'm curious, ukfurnitures, most people in Pakistan are Muslim. Are you a Christian then? How do you find it being a Christian in a predominantly Muslim country?

We shouldn't make assumptions, he/she might be male. We don't want to offend him/her.

I don't know that she is a Christian, but few people who are not Christians would be thankful to God for anything.
