When I've been working on something difficult for a long time (such as writing a computer program), and I get to the point where it's ready to deploy.

eiπ = -1

eiπ + 1 = 0
Is nicer in my opinion, because it links the numbers 0, 1, i, e, and π without needing the uglier unary minus.

eiπ + 1 = 0Is nicer in my opinion, because it links the numbers 0, 1, i, e, and π without needing the uglier unary minus. I considered that, but -1 is more "interesting" than 1 or 0 and so belongs better with the (definitely interesting) numbers e, i and π. Both are good.

I was just talking about this group to our Administrative Assistant at church. I told her about my daily routine of checking the forum and how you guys are the friends that I connect with the most regularly. She was in awe.

It's a commute of 1 to 1.5 hours. I work between 08.15 and 16.15. Still, free time only starts after our girl's been put to bed and the various chores done. That's usually around 8. I use the commute as me time
