11,222 now. The address link to a specific post has the count even higher, but it is probably counting all deleted posts as well.
This one seems to be 11307

I sometimes reread a post after writing it and find an error. Rather than correct it, thereby marking the post as 'Modified', I prefer to cut and paste into a new post, amend it and delete the old post.
