This is one of the reasons I have been quiet lately. For my MA-thesis I have been developing a qustionnaire which is part of my research on music videos wich have been made by fans of various TV-series. The aim of this questionnaire is finding out what people make of these fan-made music videos. If you think you don't know enough about these things to participate, please do it anyway because I still need your replies. There is no wrong way to do this and every single answer and every participant will help me with my research.
And if anyone of you could imagine participating, as well as sharing it, on Facebook or other internet forums or anywhere else, I'd be really grateful. It takes a bit of time, but I'm hoping to end up with about 100 participants.

Is this the same concept as one I already gave you some feedback on? ... which I can't remember the details of ...

Watch out for the typo in the instructions. It's "which" not "wich".

Watch out for the typo in the instructions. It's "which" not "wich". Thanks. My mother toold me and I'm about to change it. No idea how it happened because I had quite a few people do a pretest and looked through it several times myself and so did my mother. Nobody spotted it until it was officially online!

I took the survey from your Facebook page. I found it difficult because I only knew one song and didn't know any of the words. So you might find it a bit unhelpful.

Not at all unhelpful, thanks!

I would appreciate an estimate of the number of videos or time it will take in the introduction. Had to break it off now. The question about understanding the song is sometimes quite irrelevant as I don't always listen to lyrics while watching since the video is so busy.

I'll take it tomorrow, just saw this. I can promote it on my facebook page too if you like. Jo, that would help a lot. I've realized I should write down how much time it takes. I guess around 45 to 60 min. The questions about the song matter to a certain extent. Can't really explain that in detail right now. When I have a bit of time, I can explain it more thoroughly.

I think it can be done in less time than that, I would say 20 to 40 minutes depending on how detailed your answers are. If you say 45 to 60 minutes a lot of people will think it is too long.

I meant that it's sometimes not about understanding the song or not, but about whether you actually listened to the lyrics or not. If you were so distracted by the video or music that you didn't pay attention to the lyrics, it's not about understanding. That's what I meant. I understand the importance of the question itself.

If anyone would still like to share this, I'd be grateful. Still not that many people who have filled it in so far, though over 200 who have looked at it.
