They lifted the ban on alcohol, but there are people who want it back because of the sudden spike of alcohol related trauma.

Jo. You mix about a pound of honey with a quart of distilled water. Heat it up on a stove. Add the yeast and raspberries. Put them in a jar with a bubbler. Wait 6 to 8 weeks....

We've just been .. isolating really. Actually it doesn't really bother me as I isolate anyway but Col's been finding it a bit difficult. What about you, you been working for home?

Hooch is a generic term for ANY homemade liquor that isn't commercially made and not held to the guidelines if the debt of health. Lol. And yes, you can use anything with the honey. The fermentation process works with anything sugary.
