My whole body is aching and I've been sick four times want to go to bed but six is a bit early for it

Sorry, but you possibly have the flu. Go to bed, drink enough (preferably weak tea if you can't stomach anything) and if you can keep the drinks down, try eating a biscuit.

Bloody marvelous, I just threw up all over the living room floor Fortunately a good deal of it was water of squash as that was mainly what I've been able to get down but I've had some biscuits too. *mops*

Yes, go to bed and stay there. And keep a bucket nearby.
Even if you don't sleep it is better to rest.
