It is truly depressing. Thankfully he finally said that there will be a transfer of power, so hopefully that's the end of it. Well, his supporters will be struggling to come to grips with things for a while. I just really hope he doesn't try to run again for the next election. He's done enough damage.
Trump himself doesn't worry me nearly as much as the fact that he's a shining hero to so many people. They put him up there, knowing very well what he was. My question is why is this country so desperate that they'd choose Trump to lead them? And why are they so desperate at the idea of losing him?
Well, Sarah...I can't take anything that he has promised as truth. He does not know how to speak truly and forthrightly. He is a compulsive liar. He is not to be trusted.
Note that his promise stated that there would be an 'orderly transfer of power'. This may mean that he thinks his return to office as president will be that 'orderly transfer of power'. Or, that his imposition of his dictatorship will be an 'orderly transfer of power'. You will note that he never mentioned any other elected official, nor any other group. He merely made a very vague promise...and a very vague promise from a sack of shit who has problems even voicing the truth. That doesn't count for much. In my book at least.
I'm still waiting for the apology from him which I'm fairly sure will never come.
It seems to me that I have been pointing out these possibilities here on this board since the sack of shit started running for office.
I was derisively dismissed when I repeatedly pointed out that the US president was a fascist. Folks here evidently thought I was given to too much hyperbole. When confronted about it here, I became 'prickly' and unfriendly. Dammit....This shit is what I've feared since the beginning. IT CAN HAPPEN HERE AND IT IS HAPPENING NOW!
Yes I saw .. he described them as 'cheap and poor' or something. Wonder how they are feeling knowing that he said that about them, as they contemplate spending the next ten or so years in federal prison
I heard a bird cry, sharp and free. My name is Jordan.
