Anyone heard of Whedon's new Much Ado About Nothing? Any buzz, anticipation?
All I have seen so far is a trailer, and it seemed a little off, but I suspect that was from simultaneously having trailer music and Shakespeare's dialogue, which don't blend as well as I think they had hoped.

Have not seen or heard anything about it methinks.

I hope it's good, I really do. I mean, LOOK AT THE CAST! It's a Whedon-gasm!

It is that, indeed. I think I even glimpsed Nathan Fillion.
A little uneasy about Alexis Denisof as Benedick, I love him to pieces, but have a hard time seeing him as the romantic lead for some reason.

Well yes. But that's because it's a Whedon production. If you love them, they will die. Lookit poor Wash!

I was watching How I Met Your Mother earlier and it had Willow, Wesley and Oz in one episode.

I don't think I've seen that episode! What was the plot?

It is from Series 8. It was show in the UK this week and, I think in December in America. Ted, Lilly and Marshall go back to their old college so Ted can tell his tutor that he did become an architect. Seth Green plays an old college friend of theirs. It took me a while to recognise Alexis Denisof for who he was as I kept doing the "I recognise him, but can't remember where from" routine. He has been in several episodes, working with Robyn at the TV station. He looks quite different without his glasses and with his hair done in such a different way.

I actually like Alexis Denisof's character in the show. He's just sooo... obnoxious and self-absorbed! I had forgotten that Seth Green was the hacey-sackobsessed old college friend, but I liked the episode!

Sorry, but nothing will ever beat Emma Thompson as Beatrice.

We Saw Much Ado last weekend, and this weekend we went to the Can't Stop the Serenity Charity fundraiser for Equality Now Event. I liked Much Ado, I kept thinking... This is Joss Whedon's House... This is his real house... And that they must have all stayed there, then had to clean up kitchens and make beds then film for that 12 days
Awesome. Believe it or not, I've not seen Avengers yet....
