Leaving early tomorrow morning. Does anyone have any idea if we still eed to be tested? Found this website which appears to say we don't have to. The bit at the top seems suggest we may need to test or quarantine, but further below it says: Any idea if that is reliable?

I would say that - gov.uk - is the most definitive site. It's where I've checked all the rules for getting back into England when I've travelled.
I assume you are staying in England, but if you're visiting Wales or Scotland or Northern Ireland you would need to check their rules as well as they can be different.
The airline may no longer have a requirement to wear masks, but I say you definitely should! (Just the two of you, not necessarily the little one.) I am just recovering from covid myself, almost certainly caught on a flight back from Finland!
The most important thing you need to look at is the weather forecast - it's going to be over 30° on Monday and Tuesday!

Yes, that website is definitive. You don't have to be tested or quarantine when you get here. The Conservative government were keen to drop restrictions quite a few months ago.

Thanks for confirming. Haven't been asked for a test so far. We just got through security.

Thanks. We're glad to be here. Malcolm is getting to know his grandparents properly.
