That's not a phrase you hear very often these days

My parents are very old-fashioned. Most days one could hear phrases around the house such as Thrice shall ye scritch the hound's head. If ye ask wherefore, tis lest the beast shall attempt a self-scritch which may fester.
No, not really.

It would be a Good Thing by some measures.
Still No results found for "thrice scritched".
Is this subforum invisible to Google?

I would think so. If the general public can read it then Google can.

is it wrong I want to build a website based on the words 'thrice scritched' just because one doesn't yet exist?

You want to conquer it because it isn't there?

In the past I've seen forum threads indexed in less than a couple of hours after posting.

A lot of it depends on what Google's ranking system thinks of your forum. Highly-ranked sites or ones that change often are re-indexed more frequently, so the news sites, such as the BBC can be updated at a rate of many times an hour. My personal site, which has been rarely updated recently hasn't been done since 3 May 2013 23:04:30 GMT.

The front page of the church website would typically be done twice a month but lesser pages would only be done every two months or so.
