I think I had an overdose of cream today. Made banoffee pie and half of it is cream. It tastes delicious but I'm not used to cream rich desserts.

My Rector made proper Victoria sponge for us to scoff at the staff meeting ... proper cream filling and strawberry preserve. We still had to do the work though.

creme caramel is yum! and much lighter. I think it was all that cream on the bannoffee that made me feel a bit ill. Good though. I am only going to make it from now on if we have visitors but we can't eat it by ourselves.
