Fun? Well, if you say so. I am using the word in its loosest sense of course and perhaps for 15 seconds. ;D

I have heard it through once, but the same 30 seconds maybe about 100 times because it keeps popping up in the ad-corner of my TV's on demand stuff. Takes a short while to locate next programme and there is a loop of about 4 minutes so you get sick of everything it advertises very quickly. If it wasn't played so often I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I'm not sure it was any existing language, to be honest. It is one of the non-Spanish languages spoken in Spain ... Catalan - I think (writes without checking).

It is Korean. This article gives some very interesting information about the meaning of the otherwise impenetrable lyrics.

Because everyone loves Ketchup? And I don't expect that the appearance of the three young women in question did it any harm either ...
... yes, it was Kalee's post I meant not the OP.

Oh I am not saying you are wrong, just 'entering pleas in mitigation' as the defence lawyers are wont to say ...

Ah, I remember Ketchup. We also had Trebble here in the Netherlands with Ramaganana www.youtube.com/watch?v=MlP0LfEtvkUI still like Gangnam Style, but only in small doses. So do my students. I think I might have my new students do the exercise again next school year. By the by, you might like this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-75UPP2uUQ(If you hate the song, just skip to the questions and answers, but the reactions of the people to that song are funny too)

gang nam was mildly catchy but not more than that. I've no idea how it comes to be the most viewed video in youtube history

Well, it seems to have become accepted. It was even in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. :-)
