Can anyone who is Vegetarian - or cooks for them - let me know some good ideas for recipes for a veggie Xmas dinner? I mean, I know you can just cut out the meet but that's a bit boring really..

You can buy veggie sausages, veggie chicken style roasts (stuffed with stuffing) or I can give you my recipe for an easy cheats nut roast:
1 packet of cheap stuffing 1 bag ready chopped nuts 1 onion, finely chopped 1 stick of celery, finely chopped A generous lump of blue cheese 1 egg
Make the stuffing as per the packet instructions. Soften the onions and celery in a pan with a bit of oil and add to the stuffing. Add the nuts. Crumble in the blue cheese and mix in the egg. Stick it in the oven till it looks golden brown.
