We had a huge spider on the loose the last couple of days and the cats were fascinated. Tybbe even dared approach the monster, but Oprah remained at a distance. Then today Oprah actually approached Spidey and started batting him around to my great surprise. Turns out Spidey was already dead. Our very own heroes, those 2 are.

When you say a huge spider, how big was it?

Quickly skimming the thread titles I saw "Indoor dinosaurs" and was quite intrigued ...

If it was dead wouldn't its legs have been all curled up?!

When I looked closer to understand why Oprah was so gutsy all of a sudden, that was the case. Which was why I knew it died.

I don't get excited by spiders, I just tend to ignore them.

I don't mind spiders, though it did give me a what the peep is that moment when I saw something big and black running down the wall next to me from the corner of my eye. Unfortunately this type of spider doesn't catch bugs so it's useless in my battle against fruitflies. There are sooo many of them this year!
