I have watched 4 Christmas films yesterday. Most were motion pictures of Milton Boones/Harlequin books. Quite terribly cliched storywise, but they give you such a warm and fuzzy feeling. <3
I'll watch any trashy Christmas film and can't wait for Netflix to start releasing their new ones for this year.

Anyone have any favourites? Or perhaps hated Christmas films?

I'm definitely not ready for Christmas films when it's not even December, let alone not yet after Halloween.
The best Christmas movie is of course Die Hard, and the best soppy Christmas film is The Snowman.
If you want actual romance films, then Love Actually.
And if you want a film that really deals with the true meaning of Christmas, then Rare Exports, a Finnish film that Miisa introduced me to the existence of. A team of archaeologists unearth the real Santa Claus frozen in a hill near the Russian border.

I visited St Nicholas' parish when I was in Turkey. It didn't look much like the North Pole.

There is no such thing like Santa anyway, but I love the whole atmosphere.
I like that American film classic too, a Wonderful Life.
