Heh...The whole procedural ceremony where Congress signs off on the Electoral College results is evidently being prepped as a performance art piece by Kraken et al.
Just to give you an idea, Mike Pence is evidently leaving overseas for unspecified reasons shortly after signing the proper documentation. He's headed to Bahrain, Israel, and Poland? Huh...That surprised me. These folks allow filthy virus-infected nitwit vectors in to their countries? Really?
Then, I heard it mentioned that Jared, who evidently has really run the country whilst our bad precedent was watching Fox News and Tweeting, is nowhere to be found. Come to find out, he has fled to Israel for the duration (time unknown), "working on the Middle East". Yeah, riiiight....
Those both sound like unindicted co-conspirators who need a real strong alibi for when the bad shit rains down....Israel? What has Bebe got in this dog fight?

LOL....And the bad precedent returns to his 'populist' roots, refusing to sign the comprehensive Covid-aid bill 'because the stimulus payments were inadequate'.
What you are seeing is Donny attempting to kick Mitch in the fork on the way out. Donny didn't like how Mitch caved. Donny is punishing Mitch, all the while blaming the Democrats, who had nothing to do with it. They even wanted a bigger stimulus, and have been publicly saying so since May. And, October. And, just last month. And, just last week.
So, Mitch has now got his nuts in the wringer. Everybody is screaming about how Mitch is standing in the way of each and every American getting $2,000, rather than the paltry $600 Mitch and his pals are willing to dole out. Mitch is the cause of the problems. Very loudly trumpeted by everybody, including the bad precedent. While this is going on, the voters of Georgia are going to the polls to elect not just one, but BOTH U.S. Senators from the state. The Republican candidates are being caught in the midst of a pissing match between the Senate Majority Leader and the President, both putative leaders of the party. Both of those candidates have been smeared by their insider trading crimes and are waging uphill battles that are drawing millions of dollars for both sides from all over the nation. If both Democrats win, Mitch is displaced as Senate Majority Leader and will no longer control all of the pending legislation in the Senate.
LOL
Watch Loeffler and Perdue (the Republican senatorial candidates) tap dance like never before!
LOL
Watch Mitch sweat bullets over the Georgia returns.

Pardons....
They exist to introduce a tiny measure of "mercy and compassion" in to the entire process. It is there to ameliorate some of the 'miscarriages' of justice. Normally, the process is vetted through the Department of Justice pardon process, which advises the president. That did not happen here. Trump rather baldly pardoned his and his friends' associates who had been convicted of federal crimes and imprisoned during this term. Loyalty to Donny Dumbshit was the determining factor.
So...What happens now? Well, that all depends. You will note that the bad precedent has not been indicted of any crimes. After January 20, that process can begin in earnest and throughout the US. Many, if not most of those releases on pardons are felons who got there by perjuring themselves in an attempt to protect Donny. They are all known sources for necessary information about an investigation in to the potential illegal actions of the Donny and his associates. So...Just subpeona them, cross-examine them in court. This time, either they provide accurate evidence, or they go back to prison for obstruction of justice or perjury. It's a new trial, with an new defendant, and prolly a new venue, and the perjury will be novel, as well. I'm betting Manafort, Flynn, and Stone all flee the country.
The pardon of four bloody mercenary child murderers, employees of his advisor, Eric Prince (brother of Betsy DeVos) was particularly distasteful. They will prolly avoid further prosecution if they keep a low profile.
Cruelty is the prevailing attitude of this administration; they are fucking disgusting, as is anybody who supports them. I curse them all and wish them ill.

Oh, man.
"Florida Man Implicates Self in Georgia Electoral Fraud"
Cheney and Rumsfeld have gone on public record telling the President to concede. Paul Ryan and every one of the last ten Secretaries of Defense have basically said the same. The giants of Republican conservatism have chimed in to tell Dumbshit Donny to cool his jets and step back from the precipice.
Yet the dumbfuck in the Oval Office proceeds to implicate and condemn himself in another entire set (state and federal) of electoral fraud allegations with regards Georgia.
Dumbshit Donny got his dick in the wringer. Again.
Such a stable genius.
Rex was right.

And again.
Now, there is significant talk of 25th Amendment and/or another impeachment. After that stunt, there seems to be a completely different attitude emanating from the Senate chambers.
Also, his middle son, Eric and his wife, Lara, have appeared on national media, threatening elected Republicans with being 'primaried' in the coming elections if they don't willingly participate in overthrowing the free and fair elections to keep Donald Trump as president. Really.
Rex was right. And it's hereditary.

I have to say, the prospect of President-loser Donald J Trump losing yet another time (what's it been so far, 80 losses in the past 2 and a bit months?) is quite appealing.
