Well, it's wasted on me. I don't appreciate the subtle flavors.
Me? I'm a Sesame Chicken fan. With, stir fried green beans as a side. I'm a fan of bao buns, aka hum bao, but the quality of the bao can vary greatly, so unless I trust the provisioner, I bypass.

Yes, it is 'gummy' in consistency, but still 'done'. They are usually served 'steamed', so warm and somewhat moist. When done right, with good filling, they are utterly blissful three-bite snacks.
