It's freezing here!

Sorry to hear it's warm and sunny out.

On arrival, I realised I'd lost my Bluetooth headset for my phone. I knew I'd had it in the taxi, but couldn't find it anywhere. It suddenly occurred to me that my phone would be able to locate it and I ended up going outside and using my phone until it detected the device.
It had fallen off somewhere up the far end of the garden and was in the road. It in so small and light I hadn't noticed it go. Fortunately no car had gone there yet and I was able to recover it in one piece and not killed by the rain. It's not an expensive one, but without it my SatNav can't complain at me for going the wrong way!

Well, the Bluetooth connection only works for a number of meters, so when I looked at the connection screen in the house it could not see it, but as I got to the end of the path it reappeared, meaning I knew it was there somewhere. It didn't pinpoint it, but meant I knew it was around the gate outside and not in the house or still in the taxi.
