So how many people on here are on a diet at the moment? I'm on a low saturated fat, low sugar diet. I don't have to worry about my weight but my blood glucose and cholesterol levels are both important.

I buy very little cakes, cookies nowadays. I prefer my home baked bread, sometime sweet, but not too much. I also cook simple food.

I don't cook so I'm at the mercy of what the pre-made things have in them, although I'm pretty careful about what I buy.

Rarely. Maybe once a month or so. I heat things up in the microwave mostly.

just need to do it every day. I don't want to count calories specifically but just change everything for the better. Exercise. Less junk. Less alcohol. Am doing well so far but four days ain't much
