I am a much more adventurous eater than I was when I was younger, when I was very faddy. There are some foods that i just flat out do not like tho. Marzipan for instance .. I really do not like its flavour. I used to totally hate mushrooms but can tolerate them now, tho I don't deliberately seek them out. I don't like most shellfish, tho that's largely not due to the taste - mussels and things taste mainly of vinegar - but just that they look so disgusting.

Fish, and seafood in general. Maybe I had too much of it forced on me as a child. Or not enough. I can eat fish fingers (as long as it isn't cod), but that is arguably not "real" fish.
I used to hate onion, love it now.

The taste is much stronger and fishier. Pollock and other similar ones seem to have little to no taste at all. Which I am fine with.

Cod tastes of nothing really to me .. unless it is battered with lashings of salt and vinegar

I hate brownies, pecan pie, brussels sprouts, radishes, sausage, lamb, catfish, peppers that are hotter than jalapenos and serranos, um... I think there are more things I do not like, but can't think of right now.
I am allergic to shellfish, but I liked that first shrimp I had, but only on the way down. I didn't like it so much on its way back up. I did not like crab, though. It had this weird peppery taste to it. Blecch.
Oh, I also hate marshmallows unless they are burnt black on the outside and embedded in smores. And gelatin. Gelatin is gross. And anything that contains offal, so most british foods. And matzoh.

Onions, tomatoes, peas, mushrooms... that removes a huge swathe of stuff for a start!

Coconut, peas, strawberries (the fruits themselves, other stuff which is strawberry flavored is fine), radishes, jalapenos, and most peppers (unless they're finely chopped as part of another dish). Probably some other things, but I'm drawing blanks right now.
Oh, guacamole.

I called "Strawberry Flavoured" stuff "Pink Flavoured" as it tastes nothing like strawberries to me. Add "Any spicy foods" to my list. I am always deeply suspicious of anything that feels the need to mask the taste of the ingredients in it.

I don't like tomatoes. I can tolerate vegetables, but I don't like them. Apart from that, I'm good.

I dislike most vegetables including sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, mange tout, sweet corn, turnip, parsnip, butter beans, avacado, pumpkin, gherkin, lentil, seaweed, spinach, beetroot and olives.
I like most other foods but not yoghurt, pungent cheese, slimy chinese fruits, sheep's eyeballs, ox tongue, tripe, caviar, black pudding, haggis and horseradish sauce.

I'm not much of a fish fan, myself, but I do love a good halibut fish and chips. Cod will do in a pinch. Lutefisk is positively repulsively disgusting; it is probably the single most repulsive food I have ever attempted to eat. Sushi is a close second.
I hate oysters and clams.
I hate oranges.
I hate mutton.
I'm not a big fan of turnips, swedes, rutabegas, nor zucchini.

Beetroot is the devil's vegetable. And goat's cheese is pure evil, too. Fresh salmon (smoked is OK) and trout are horrible - in fact, all freshwater fish just tastes like river water or mud. I love shellfish though, so all the more for me.

I hat stinky cheese (there is one in germany called "Harzer Roller" which I think is inedible. I hate mushrooms that come out of the tin, fresh ones I'm ok with, even though I don't really like them either. I'm not fond of cabbage. I'm not fond of pineapple or coconut. I don't like marzipan and I absolutely hate the German "Christstollen".

I can tolerate marzipan, but would not seek it out.
Parsnips are not much different to carrots. I did not eat them for a long time as I was never sure about them.

I don't think I have ever had parsnips except for in soups and the like where everything is mixed and you can't tell what's what.

The only thing I can't stand is goat cheese. Even lamb if really good quality and lean and done very well I can eat a little of but goat cheese is bleckch!
I love all vegetalbes including parsnips and beetroots and everything else mentioned. I love all other cheeses I've ever had. The stinkier the better. Mmmmmmm

My LEAST favourite things ever have to be pre-canned, sweetened pasta sauces. Anyone who puts sugar in tomato sauce should be shot. Preferably in the knee so they can live to change their evil sugar-adding ways. The only thing worse in a tomato sauce than real sugar is fake sugar (high-fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.) Bleck!
I do love goat cheese though so if you ever need to get rid of some, RB, send it my way!
