He's only suing the justice department, which in the United States, is probably no big deal.

Well, we're still waiting for indictments.

His suits are ridiculous to the extreme and the mark of a desperate individual. The judge to whom it was submitted treated the motion as laughably incompetent and misdirected.

Personally, I want to see him do the perp walk, in cuffs and all. He needs to be arrested. He is, at the moment, engaged in stochastic terrorism, and trying to extort his way to non-compliance.
