Anyone know this comedy? I've just finished binge watching it and now I'm sad it's over... It's won several awards.

So...Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara? Where's Fred Willard and Parker Posey? Is Christopher Guest a showrunner?

Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara are primary characters in Schitt's Creek and were a significant part of the ensemble that put together a series of 'mockumentaries' such as This is Spinal Tap, Best in Show, Waiting for Guffman, A Mighty Wind, For Your Consideration, and Mascots. Many of these were directed by Baron Haden-Guest, better known as Christopher Guest, hubby of Jamie Lee Curtis. IIRC, Levy was co-writer with Guest on most of them. They are all what I would call 'belly-laugh' movies. I particularly enjoyed Waiting for Guffman, but that was because of my history with community theater.

Ah! So Schitt's Creek came from a long tradition of comedy. Good to know!

I've never seen any of Schitt's Creek, but I suspect I have a fair idea of how their humor is presented. And, yes...It has good comedic heritage. Some of the best.
