Update: according to a live press conference just a minute ago, there is NO suspect in custody. The above was apparently misinformation. Though the crawl on CNN said that a "dark-skinned" or possibly "black man" is being sought. It also said he was dressed in a black hoodie, with a black backpack on. The FBI is taking the lead on this, though apparently the CIA is also involved.
