That stuff is rare but pretty much happens all over the world. Never allow your small dog out without supervision. Hawks, eagles, and kites will get those.

Which is probably why it never happened to you KE My neighbour is absolutely obsessed with mowing by the way. He is either mowing the lawn or taking care of the mower. My bet is he's compensating for something
