I've just finished watching Good Omens 2, which I actually enjoyed way more than the first series, although it ends on a cliffhanger so they'd better hurry up and make GO3! Michael Sheen and David Tennant are a wonderful combination (and I've always had a crush on DT π).
This was written without Terry Pratchett of course. I've read some Pratchett and will read more, although not as big a fan as I expected to be - perhaps I just need to read some others. I do love Gaiman's Sandman though, and I'm looking forward to the next series of that.

I watched the first series enjoyed it, but when it was over I was also kinda done with it so didn't feel like watching 2 when I saw it was out. You're recommending it then? Thing is, I generally only watch TV when I'm ill, so it'll probably take some time for me to get around to it.

Yes, I would recommend as I liked this one better. It helped that most of the actors are quite famous from other British shows so it was fun seeing them in cameo roles, but even without that it still stood up well, I think.
Although it was clearly setting up a third series so it'll be really annoying if that doesn't happen π«€

I like the first season but have only watched episode one of season two. Itβs seems rather off to me so I hope the second episode gets better when I get the time.
