Today we woke up to find our electricity meter had been credited with seventy five quid but we can't work out why or from where? Last year there was government help with bills (but it came in the form of vouchers) but this has just showed up with no notification. Not that we are complaining but I'd like to make sure that it's not a mistake or something.

Meanwhile we got an email stating that the government support for energy is going to stop per January 1st so the bill is going to add another 100€ per month to it. Oh and since this is a state measure, there's no point in complaining to the utilities company.
I'll bet they're still going to get complaints though.
