Trump has immunity from future prosecution and his sentence for his current conviction is delayed. Is there precedent for this sort of thing? It makes no sense to me at all (and I would say the same it it was offered to Biden or any other politician). How can this be acceptable? This is a dictatorship situation.

It is indeed full-on fascism.

Some YouTube commentator suggested that Biden could now legally order Trump to be murdered.

Some YouTube commentator suggested that Biden could now legally order Trump to be murdered. Well, the conditions they carved out to help protect Trump from himself gives all the prerogatives to 'the president'....and Biden is presently president. So, now that 'the president' has the prerogative to claim immunity for 'official acts', all he need do is to make the incarceration of his political opponents an 'official act'. Easy peasy.
