Pip is sitting in a red wine and ginger marinade at the moment, looking distinctly nervous

Well I'll take the fur OFF first of course. I am not a total barbarian.
*sticks a bit of rosemary under Pip's tail and sprinkles Paprika over his head*

I'd personally like to see you eat Pippin. The tail is a delicacy, makes dim sims in Oz.

Only if it's steamed. I don't like the deep fried dim sims. With a bit of soy sauce. Mmmm

That is a more proper form of guilty pleasure though.
And steamed dim sims are much much better with soy sauce. Trust me on that one. Mmmm when I get to Oz I'm going to have some. Been so long!

Here we call the dumplings dim sum. Maybe that's why we're scorned in Seoul.

Dim sum is something different. We have that too. That is the more tradiditional chinese. Whereas a dim sim is an Aussie version of a dim sum one might say. It has a very thick skin and is log shaped compared to the dumplings you'd get in dim sum which are much more delicate.
