It is quite pricey yeah .. I tend to only buy it when it's on offer. But still .. people make sandwiches out of smoked salmon to sell commercially and that is way more expensive than even lamb

Maybe lamb just isn't very nice when cold? Lamb is one of those meats that should never be over cooked right? And I noticed when I made roast beef the other night that while it was lovely when warm and rested after the oven, I did not enjoy it so much the next day in a sandwich because it was quite rare in the middle and that was a bit too chewy when cold whereas it melted in my mouth when warm. Mmmmmm

I like a good ham sandwich, but what's really good is a fluffernutter! Sounds good, but if we bought Marshmallow fluff, i don't think we'd ever manage to use it up.
