Is that oreo icecream cookie? Looks yum! Which reminds me my American ex colleauges who is a former chef, gave me her recipe for the oreo cheesecake she would sometimes make.

Anyway, this weekend I plan on baking a new cake which I've never made before but it's sort of like pavlova but with ground almonds and chocolate all in the mix too. Nom nom nom.
