Stupid Tybbe gave me fright yesterday. When I was in bed I heard a loud noise and a cat yowling. I went into the room and couldn't find Tybbe. I was still hoping he was hiding or had fallen out of the lefthand window onto the balcony, but when I went down to check he wasn't there. I heard him downstairs though, so he must have jumped out of the right hand window, not realising there was nothing to catch him there and he fell down two stories.
Thankfully he was fine. He lost his neckthingy and scraped his mouth, though it doesn't seem to hurt. No teeth knocked out either. He has been a bit subdued ever since, but I'm hoping that will clear up soon.

Gosh, that must have been awful. I'm glad he's not seriously harmed.

Silly cat.
Yes, I think he'll get over the shock of it.

Poor kitty. She'll probably learn not to do that now.

I do hope he's learned from it, but I wouldn't underestimate his stupidity. Though he is the smartest of the two in a lot of cases.

I hope he'll be back to his old self soon... um... that would be good, right?

Falls from the third and fourth floor are dangerous because cats brace themselves but I guess they don't have time to think when they fall two floors.

Yeah, and one lucky me. I was already imagining having to scrape him off the street. And since they have cobblestones here, that would be murder. >_<
