I found myself marvelling at today's weather forecast with 14° sunny periods and very little wind. It felt very much colder than that and no sun. Then I realised I was looking at the weather forecast for Quito, Ecuador 🤔

Besides the occasional tornado outbreak it’s been nice. But I really didn’t have a winter as I obviously spend a lot of time down south, but today is warm and sunny. Spring is everywhere. Back in Oklahoma until the last week or two of the month.

I went outside at 11:30pm yesterday evening to an area between two fields not surrounded by buildings or trees and stayed for ten minutes to watch the northern lights, if there were any. But although I could see a thin crescent of the moon and one star twinkling in the north, most of the sky was covered by very thin cloud. I saw nothing except the dim glow of city lights. So I went back inside.

I saw a spectacular display of aurora borealis last weekend while at my daughter's in Rimouski. The whole sky was lit up. It was breathtaking

I missed it. Apparently they were very nice where I live, but I didn't know about it. So I spent the night tossing and turning instead. Very well spent

Was actually very warm here earlier - throw off the duvet warm - and we might need to get our nice make cool chill the room thing out (not the fan but something Col bought last year)

We has weird weather yesterday. It was a pleasant 31 C with sunny skies and at the same time torrential rain. I kept looking for a rainbow, but couldn't see one

A second day of rain, even colder at 11°C. The weather forecast says there might be the occasional period when it is not raining but they're not promising.
