Yeah, there's lots of rain in Vancouver from what I hear. And not much snow. I was only there once and it was so foggy I couldn't see the mountains.

It's still cold here. The south of Germany is getting the sun again.

It was + 15 C here and a blue sky without clouds on Tuesday. Walpurgis night was a bit cold but now it feels like summer.

It felt freezing today. The last two days have really had a nip in the air and feeling very chill. I think it was only around 8 C this morning. Brrrr

It wasn't that cold, but the wind was freezing.

I am so sick of rainy cold weather. We managed to get through a Quebec winter. Where's our sun??

We had lovely sunny weather today. Why didn't we get that? On Thursday, it really rained all day. Friday wasn't much better, today was at least a little milder and dry.

Been funny weather here - bit rainy, bit sunny, mostly pretty darn cold.

Brilliantly sunny and warm here today, and hardly any wind. Turning cooler now in the evening.

We also had snow again, quite a thick flurry. It didn't have a chance to stick as it is + 4C or do, but still annoying.

Yes, I saw on the news that Montreal was flooded. It looked quite serious. We have lovely weather here and we've been promised rising temperatures from tomorrow.

Last week we had + 22 C, sunna and warm, felt like summer. Today + 6 C, icy northern wind and hard snow. When will I ever put away my winter clothes?
Like a saying goes "Frisches Wetter im Schweden", said the German, froze to death on Midsummer's Eve.

It's snowing again. *sigh* What with the Eurovision and the Ice Hockey it seems the current Finnish coping mechanism is to assume that this whole spring is a farce and not real.
Our most famous meteorologist couldn't keep a straight face any more this morning at the point where he said with enthusiasm "Tomorrow it will be OVER 5 DEGREES in many places!"
The morning show hosts were equally amused after the weather segment.

When will I ever put away my winter clothes? We have a saying in the north of England, "Cast ne'er a clout, til May is out." (Never cast off any clothing until May is out.) We're not quite sure whether that means, until the end of May or until the May blossom is out. (Hawthorn blossom is known as the May blossom because it comes out in May.)

We have an old saying in Sweden "One has to sweat into the summer and freeze (be cold) into the winter". That is, to keep the winter coat even if it gets too warm and keep the summer clothes as long as possible even if it's getting cold.
Still the cold northern wind, still only + 6 C but the sun was occasionally shining and no snow or hail. Still the winter coat on.

... "Tomorrow it will be OVER 5 DEGREES in many places!" It's often over 5 degrees there... unfortunately that's in Fahrenheit!

Today was qutie warm, 20 C. But earlier this week we had some very crisp and freezing mornings. The autumn colours, where we have non-native trees, are spectacular this year.
