Oh, for smoked rindless back bacon, good quality Cumberland sausage, lightly scrambled eggs, PROPER hash browns (ie with onion in, not just minced potato) good baked beans, black pudding (to be pushed around the plate and then discarded), fried mushrooms (ditto) and half a grilled tomato! I am hungry and noodles are starting to get a little dull

no it's horrid. But I feel reassured if it's there, on the rare occasions that a proper full English comes my way

Oh yes, raw noodles can be tasty. Kinda like having crisps.
Your breakfast sounds nice but it's missing a nice fat slice of toast with real butter. Maybe some jam. And a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. And maybe a banana smoothie too. And some pancakes with butter and maple syrup.

Yeah I thought you saw raw, now I see you said naw. I seem to remember eating raw noodles. Like ramen noodles I mean, with just the flavour as a teenager. We all did it. Just a little bit. Crunchy.

I have a friend who eats raw pasta. I did try it once but it was horrible and probably not good for your insides once it swells with water

I like marmalade that gets sweetened with apricot jam. That is quite lovely as jam is often too sweet, especially apricot and marmalade is too bitter.

Put it on a crumpet and eat it. Or an english muffin. I would kill for either of those things right now.

Spreading it on toast is the conventional thing

Otherwise, save it to throw at Louise?

Or save it for your next moot. These things usually last an age.

I can see why it's called the Elvis breakfast. That is heart attack on a plate.

If we heard that one regular poster had had chocolate cake for breakfast, could we guess which one? ... I think we could!

I have had to do a u-turn on breakfast today. I was going to have my "these aren't Frosties, don't sue us" flakes, but the milk I bought only a few days ago had gone very nasty, unusually. I have a chocolate cake in the fridge that I made, but am going to have toast. I am not sure what state the cake is in, having been made long enough ago that it has had plenty of time to dry out thoroughly. ...a perfect excuse to invest in some more ice-cream!
