That... is a really weird way of thinking. If that were possible a teleport system wouldn't be far off either, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

943 843 Unless you are one of those interesting people that think viruses are spread by electonic signals ... That... is a really weird way of thinking. Nevertheless, that is what the 5G Covid conspiracy theorists believe, that the viruses talk to each other using 5G radio signals.

I almost prefer to think there's a more logical (but still wrong) route to distrust invisible radiation: maybe it's so powerful (it almost certainly isn't) that it has some damaging effect on human cells and make us more susceptible to infection.
This would require believing that the coronavirus gets everywhere but is mostly not infectious (which is contradictory), and that 5G generates much more powerful radiation than 4G or home wifi or anything else (which I doubt).
But at least it have some basis in fact (some radiation is harmful: too much X-ray for example; microwaves cook things; solar ultraviolet can cause sunburn and skin cancer). It's still as reactionary as believing that travelling faster than 20 miles per hour on train or in a motor car will necessarily be fatal.

There has also been a claim that 5G radio signals poison cells in the body forcing them to excrete waste, and that this waste turns into Covid-19 viruses. In effect, producing life from non-living matter.
PLEASE NOTE: EUROPEFORUM BELIEVES THIS THEORY IS COMPLETE NONSENSE.

943 833 There are moderators at Proboards? Watching us? No but there is a link, here, to report false information, which means anyone from the real world who Googles Covid conspiracy theory and stumbles across our posts could, in theory, report us. OK, I'll leave it to you to decide whether we're actually worried this might happen.

943 830 20 weeks echo today at the hospital. Because of corona I'm not allowed to bring anyone along, not even my partner. It's tough. What if something bad shows up? I'm not particularly worried, but it's bound to happen to some people and then you have to bear that alone and inform your partner yourself. Like you're capable of remembering everything the doc says at such a moment. I understand the reason, but think it's short sighted.

943 8something It did. Frodo was very active so it was hard to get a good look, but we managed in the end. Frodo is a bit small like Girl was at that stage though, so I'll have to come back in 6 weeks. Nowadays they can do a 3d echo! But not if the baby is jumping around...

I've always suspected a young lady from the 19th century has been 'in my pocket' but I don't think they had mobile phones in those days.
