Good question...
I think most of us made the transition, but some of us aren't posting as much as before. Not sure why.

People are busy I guess. I know I am on Saturdays. (Doesn't stop me though...)

heh but they can't be busy every day. Some people just don't seem to care anymore.

Trying to spend less time by the computer, as I keep getting horrid headaches. Plus I was catching up on a tv series I just discovered. All caught up now, which makes me sad.

Tiredness really drains you and stops you doing things. Miisa, was the TV series giving you terrible headaches?

Which TV series was it?

No, I have been having the headaches for weeks, before going back to my tv. Not every day, but too often for comfort. Watching tv is a temporary distraction and almost as nice as sleep. I suspect it is due to eating poorly, but eating once it starts doesn't seem to help much, neither does painkillers.
I was watching Person of Interest, seen all the ones out now. Maybe I should start Buffy from the beginning, it's been years since I had a proper marathon.

Miisa, do you grind your teeth at night? My dentist said that headaches are often caused by that.
I have never really seen Buffy, btw.

I used to grind my teeth, but not any more. I could tell by that when I woke up it felt like the chewing-gum in my mouth had just vanished. Got a new prescription for my glasses and sunglasses just in case. But still suspecting the fluctuations in blood sugar levels.

Why do you get those fluctuations? just the wrong kind of food?

Yes, I'd say so, usually too much sugars, causing a spike in sugar levels and then a sudden drop. Also, I tend to not bother eating actual food when I am alone, just unhealthy snacks.

I sometimes tend to eat too much of things like tictacs and also have to suck on cough candies a lot when I have problems with my voice. So I've become careful about that and eat lots of fruit, vegetables and rice cakes.

I don't eat many starches, but when I do, I notice my stomach feels all bloaty and sore. No headaches though.

I keep meaning to go back to Buffy at some point soon, but am currently trying to get through several series of Angel, many of which episodes I've not seen, especially the later series. I missed many of the Buffy episodes on last pass through as Tracy kept watching them when I was out.

Hmm ... *looks at time of Moose's op* ... Saturday afternoon, my time. Oh yes, getting things ready for Colton's birthday party. He was not having a good time leading up to it and promptly slept through the first 2+ hours of it. Even later, I had to go talk to him and convince him to come down for cake. He said he didn't want any, and I said that was fine. He did perk up for presents, though. He seems a bit off lately, not quite sure what's up with him. I know we've had some sickness going around, and he missed a bit of school last week. Maybe that's it.
